I'm That Real Estate Lady...... HI...... My name is Stephanie Youngblood, I have been selling homes and making friends more than 40 years. My Real Estate career began in 1983 with Coldwell Banker, and shortly after,  Latter & Blum acquired the residential division. I was new and did not realize business was bad do to the oil industry moving out of state which resulted in sellers losing jobs. I have ridden the Real Estate roller coaster through ups and downs including Hurricane Katrina. I have owned two ReMax offices, but after 9/11, I decided that my passion was helping families find homes.  After working with other companies, DOWNTOWN REALTY has become my company of choice, because they have provided necessary resources that allow me to take care of my Real Estate families. Striving to be the best Agent I can be, has enabled me to learn as much as possible about the area I service.

I am an Associated Broker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified in Relocation.

When I am not selling Real Estate, my life revolves around family. My husband, Bob, loves to fish, therefore I regularly cook fresh seafood. My passion for cooking allows myself to prepare comfort food for us.  We certainly have fun living this life. All in all, I am just like you, although I do have a passion for chickens which is another story. I will have to share my love for chickens and how I came to have them at our first meeting.
